Studies in the field of business psychology prepare – both theoretically and practically – for an effective and satisfactory operation across businesses. The aim of the study programme is to understand people and their motivations as well as gain knowledge when it comes to building relationships and effective people management techniques for achieving better business results in companies and institutions.

Business psychology studies combine theoretical knowledge in the field of psychology with practical skills in areas such as coaching, mentoring, negotiations and consumer behaviours. The specialization facilitates the acquisition of knowledge and practical skills in the area of development and implementation of incentive systems, negotiations and conflict resolution, effective advertising, HR management as well as working with clients. Studies in business psychology allow students to use psychological knowledge in negotiations, advertising and selection interviews, so that to exert healthy influence and defend against manipulation. Students acquire skills necessary to increase management effectiveness, which has a direct impact on the results achieved. The course is aimed at educating managers, executives, leaders and employees of HR departments.

  • Register in the system

  • Fill the required tabs: personal data, passport details, address

STEP 2

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

  • Prepare the required documents:
    • National ID or passport
    • One passport photo
    • Copy of a secondary school leaving certificate – in case of Bachelor’s degree studies
    • Copy of Bachelor’s diploma and transcript of grades – in case of Master’s degree studies
  • Upload scans of the required documents (see the full list of documents in the tab Important documents)

STEP 3

PAYMENT

  • Make a payment of the tuition and entry fees

  • Attach payment confirmation to your application

STEP 4

ACCEPTANCE

  • Receive scans of Acceptance Letter
  • In case of non-EU students – make a Visa appointment
