The aim of this specialization is to educate specialist psychologists who will have focused and very specific knowledge in the field of psychopathology, that is behavioural and personality disorders, psychoses, addictions, anxiety disorders and others. Furthermore, the aim of the programme is to educate students how to professionally support people in their development, plan diagnostic procedures and conduct therapies. The specialization is intended for those who want to help patients with difficulties in their mental functioning and provide them with professional psychological support in solving life crises while counteracting behavioural disorders.

The studies comprehensively prepare for therapeutic and diagnostic work with children and adolescents. They allow them to acquire competences in the field of assessing the needs and problems of a child, developing emotional and social skills of children and adolescents, and diagnosing professional predispositions of high school students.
