Dominika Kulaga, a psychology student in the Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” Branch in Rzeszów won the OPEN points classification and the title of the best player during the 2021 Subcarpathian Winter Swimming Championships, which took place on 30-31 October this year in Dębica. Dominika is the founder and member of the AZS Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” University Club and trains on a daily basis in the UKS FENIKS DĘBICA Club. She is under the care of Kacper Fara. She won two gold medals in individual competitions at a distance of 100 m in backstroke and 50 m in classic style, thus defending the title of the Champion of Podkarpacie. At the same time, she won a silver medal in the 50-m backstroke competition, securing the title of a vice champion of the region. Dominika’s medal achievements also include two gold medals won in relay races – in the 4×50-m and 4×100-m medley competition. These results are a good forecast for the upcoming Winter Polish Championships.
