We would like to invite you to take part in the second edition of our flagship project – HUMANUM TALKS – a series of online debates with interesting personalities from the world of science and business. This time our guest will be Ms Magdalena Gera – Pikulska, Senior HR Expert at Management in Focus.

During the talk, entitled “Black Swan – take this chance”, we will find out what the Black Swan theory is and we will also discuss if the COVID-19 pandemic is a good example of this phenomenon. We will look for an answer to the question if Black Swan is a chance for a positive transformation.

The debate will be held on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be chaired by Mr Dawid Krążyński, Director of the Institute of Image and Communication at Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”.
