On Saturday, 29 March this year, at the headquarters of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”-Warsaw Management University, took place a solemn inauguration ceremony for the summer edition of MBA, DBA, LL.M. and other postgraduate studies. HM prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, MBA, Dr. h.c., Provost at Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”-WMU took the vows and have welcomed a new cohort of postgraduate students.

The inaugural lecture was delivered by Mr. Ryszard Czarnecki, Dr. h. c., Member of the European Parliament. Cordial words of greetings for the new students for the summer edition of postgraduate studies were delivered by adv. Jolanta Turczynowicz-Kieryłło, President of the University Council, Vice-Provost prof. Sebastian Fuller, MBA, Academic Director at Apsley Business School in London, Minister Andżelika-Możdzanowska, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Investment and Development and the Government Plenipotentiary for Small and Medium Enterprises as well as prof. Jiri Kolenak, Vice-Provost at Newton College in Prague.

During the inauguration ceremony, the Provost, prof. Paweł Czarnecki, MBA, Dr. h.c., appointed new members to the Council of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”-Warsaw Management University: prof. dr hab. n. med. Ireneusz Nawrot, Ryszard Czarnecki Dr. h.c., Mariusz Nowak, President of Sygnity S.A., prof. dr hab. Sławomir Bukowski and reverend prof. dr hab. Tadeusz Bąk.

The inauguration ceremony was accompanied by the performance of the choir of the Warsaw Archcathedral of Saint. John the Baptist.
