HR Ambassadors 2019
On the 27th of February this year, in the Foksal Villa, during a gala organized in Warsaw by the Business Institute in partnership with, among others, Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”-Warsaw Management University, the awards of “HR Ambassadors 2019” were solemnly presented.
The award of “HR Ambassador 2019” was presented to Connectis, the Polish Association of Pharmaceutical Industry Employers and Brown-Forman Poland.
The gala was accompanied by two debates. The first debate, on the subject of “A happy employee as a success of the company – the modern challenges in company management“, was chaired by Paula Rejmer, Director of Hays Poland. Among the panelists were Ewa Małyszko – President of the Management Board of PFR TFI, Rafał Hiszpański – President of DAS Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ochrony Prawnej, Barbara Misiewicz-Jagielak – Vice President of the Polish Association of Pharmaceutical Industry Employers and Dariusz Dolczewski – Operations Manager at Connectis.
Second debate, on the subject of “Safe management of the company: security of personal and company data”, was chaired by the editor-in-chief of Capital24.tv – Tomasz Sańpruch. Among the penalists were: Beata Pawłowska – Regional Director for Central Europe at Oriflame, dr Anna Stasiak-Apelska – expert of the Adam Smith Center for the protection of intellectual property from the Ożóg-Tomczykowski Law Firm, Krzysztof Wantoła – President of the San Aero Management Board (new generation technology company) and adviser to the IPOPEMA TFI Management Board as well as dr. Edyta Bielak-Jomaa – President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” was represented by prof. dr hab. n. med. Ireneusz Nawrot- Member of the Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”-WMU Convent and Tomasz Sańpruch – Director of the Institute of Knowledge and Business at Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”-WMU.
