National conference “Psychosocial determinants of behaviours among children and adolescents”
Between 20 and 21 April, different representatives of the academic community and the media will meet during a conference on “Psychosocial determinants of behaviours among children and adolescents”. The event, which is organised by Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” – Branch in Rzeszów, will take place at the headquarters of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” in Rzeszów at al. Gen. Okulickiego 10 (Stara Szwalnia).
During the conference, our experts will be discussing the issues of mental health of children and adolescents. We will be talking about the main threats of the peer environment and how to combat them.
The conference will be attended by, among others: Ms Ewa Leniart – Voivode of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Mr Władysław Ortyl – Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Mr Jerzy Borcz – Chairman of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Local Parliament, Ms Małgorzata Rauch – the Chief Educational Officer of Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Ms Krystyna Wróblewska – Director of the Group of Voivodeship Institutions/PCEN in Rzeszów and Mr Tomasz Czop – Director of the Voivodship Job Office in Rzeszów.
The conference will be organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, the Local Education Authority in Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie Group of Voivodeship Institutions/PCEN in Rzeszów.
All the participants will be able to take advantage of different conference materials, meals and refreshments. In addition, special certificates of attendance will be issued.
Number of places is limited.
The conference is financed by the Minister of Education and Science under the government’s programme furthering development of sciences: “Social Responsibility of Science / Excellent Science. Name and module: Excellent Science – Supporting Scientific Conferences”.
