Christmas boxes for Warsaw Insurgents
On 20 December this year, HM prof. dr. hab. Paweł Czarnecki, MBA, Dr. h.c., Provost of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”, met with the Mayor of Warsaw Białołęka District, Mr Grzegorz Kuca, EMBA, DBA, so that to hand over personally the very Christmas boxes prepared together by Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” and Białołęka District Office. The packages were handed over to the President of the ‘Monopol Warszwski’ Association, Mr Janusz Owsiana. The Association has been tasked with organising various events, including taking care of the Warsaw Insurgents, providing rehabilitation at home or in a specific facility as well as organising artistic and socialising activities.
The boxes will be delivered directly to the recipients by volunteers – the Volunteers of the Warsaw Insurgents House – with the help of soldiers from the territorial defence army.
