Master of Laws (LL.M.) program of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”
Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” – Warsaw Management University (accredited by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Poland) has accredited LawSikho from New Delhi, India, to run postgraduate LL.M programs of studies. The program will be presented with two options for specialisation:
- Business Laws and Commercial Transactions; and
- International Trade and Taxation.
The program provides advanced skills in entity formation, drafting multiple types of international contracts, conducting cross border due diligence, advising on international trade and international tax structuring etc. The program includes placement support with assistance on CV building, improving online presence, guidance on networking, mock interviews and guidance on securing freelance projects. It also includes an immersion programme at the campus of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” – Warsaw Management University / neutral venue.
