2nd Sub-Carpathian Essay Competition “Dear World …” – PLN 75,000 to be won

The 2nd Sub-Carpathian Essay Competition presents a chance to win scholarships to study at the Rzeszów Branch of Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia”.

Do not wait and apply to take part in this competition by presenting your voice of the young generation on the challenges of our changing world. You can select one of the following topics:

• Always ask where.
• Thinking is still ours.
• The world won’t wait for us. Slow down, speed up or find the rhythm of life?
• The past is today…

The prize covers:

• 3 scholarships worth PLN 25,000,
• 3 distinctions worth PLN 10,000,
• book awards.

The competition is organised by Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” – Rzeszów Branch in cooperation with the Podkarpackie Teacher Education Centre at PZPW in Rzeszów.

There are as many as three scholarships worth up to PLN 25,000 and three distinction awards worth up to PLN 10,000 that will be used to cover tuition fees for selected courses of study offered by Uczelnia Biznesu i Nauk Stosowanych „Varsovia” in the capital of Podkarpacie.

The competition is addressed to students of secondary schools.

Competition works should be submitted no later than 31 May 2022.

Participants should prepare independent written works (inspired by reflections, observations, research, literature, cultural texts and journalistic articles) on a selected topic from among those indicated in the Competition Regulations.

There are certain formalities that must be observed:

• Works should not exceed 5 A4 pages,
• Works should be written with Times New Roman font, size 12 and using 1.5 line spacing,
• Works should be sent to the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Institution Complex in Rzeszów, ul. Romana Niedzielskiego 2, 35-036 Rzeszów (please, annotate your submissions with “2nd Sub-Carpathian Essay Competition”) or by e-mail to the following address: biuro@pcen.pl with “2nd Sub-Carpathian Essay Competition” in the message title.
